Management Perumahan

RT Management is a web-based application designed to assist neighborhood association (RT) administrators or residential estate managers in centrally managing data on houses, residents, occupancy history, monthly bills, payments, expenses, and financial reports. The application features a dashboard displaying key information—such as the number of occupied and vacant houses, active resident counts, paid and unpaid bills, total income, total expenses, and cash balances—thereby enabling administrative and financial management processes to be more organized, efficient, and transparent, as well as easier to monitor. The system is built using Laravel for the REST API backend, React for the frontend, and MySQL for the database.
